These statements have been designed to help you find out what is stuck in your life if you are struggling to know and just have some vague feelings of angst that have been with you a long time. Rate each statement and then evaluate your weakest responses. There’s no judgement and no one else need see these scores but you. Your responses will give you a good indication of what may be stuck. Review all your responses. Note those where you answered Strongly Disagree to Neutral. Consider if this is actually true for you right now. Write down what you think your stuck points might be and get ready for Day 2.
