Whatever your age, stage or challenge, I work with people who are totally tired of a life they feel might hold too many regrets and frustrations if nothing changes. I work with people who feel disappointed in life, in God, in people or themselves. I work with people who feel stuck or bored or shame or fear about their lives not turning out how they want. I’ve helped people with;

  • getting unstuck from long held damaging beliefs, lack of clarity or disappointment

  • recovering from divorce so life can feel good again

  • overcoming emotional eating

  • finding confidence and reducing fear

  • finding long lost confidence, self worth and esteem

And I’m here to help you make the most of this life God gave you.

I’m an experience learning designer and qualified Rapid Transformational Therapist® and life cheerleader. I love nothing more than helping people like you overcome issues that may have bound you for a very long time. I focus on the core areas of divorce recovery, finding confidence and getting unstuck because I’ve lived each and every one of those issues. And because of my background in learning, I have created Progress-able to help in a variety of ways - with courses, kits, events and tools.

I’ve seen too many people live in survival mode for a long time, continuing to struggle or suffer a disappointing life, even as Christians. I’ve spent years learning how to recover myself and now my great joy is to help people life a life that is, well……progressable.

Whether you’re struggling in one of these core areas or looking to level up, I’m here to help you find the peace that comes through truth and clarity, the guidance and support that’s needed to progress and to help you curate a life that’s you-shaped.
